Robin Roberts is going rounds in the No Prep series with the 481X in his Firebird, I am hoping he shows up with his CV-1 headed Pontiac but it doesn’t appear likely.

He can't even get by Big Chief with his Chevy pile ...Maybe a Pontiac powered CV1 he would have more of a chance..lol

anyone that would take a 481x out and put a pontiac in is not there to win. Only to have fun and maybe get lucky, in my opinon.

This is Tommys FIRST year with twin turbos and he has went 4.04 at 185.........how long did it take Justin to go that quick..........learning curves, he'll get there and a lot MORE! W6HTTF!

i agree, Tommy should be in the running but he does not have either a cv1 combo or a 481 x. That car is top of the food chain in pontiac land, for real, ahem, ''street style cars''.
if it trully has 3500 ish hp it still is down 500+ or so from a 481x right?

I'm thinking he has almost 4,000 Flywheel HP......3,350 Rear Wheel HP!

I never seen a blind squirrel in the woods ever have you.. Sometime in racing it's not how big your stick is ..Its how you use it.. And if you knew anything about No Prep you can't use all that hp from a 481X pile So a Pontiac will kick your ass 9 times out of 10....

i dont know anything i guess, except its harder to spin the tires whne you have half as much hp

So you don't think if Robin built a CV1 engine it would not be a top of the food chain in Pontiac land type build? I think that Robin has shone in the past that he will spend the money needed. A Pro Line 481X is not cheap.
