Default '71 GTO front fenders, Valance and hood value

Got a call from an old friend yesterday offering me both front fenders, front lower valance, bumper and hood for a 71 GTO. From the pictures the fenders look great but have the chome fake vents from a LeMans. Hood looks a little rough and the bumper may be tweeked a little. Valance looks very good as well. I've been away from the GTO's for some time but maybe work a deal with someone who needs these parts.

Good original 71-72 GTO hoods are hard to come by. They like to rust.

'71 fenders with the chrome vent louvers would have come from a '71 LeMans sport optioned with the endura front end. too bad your friend doesn't have the core support for that as that is one part that is hard to find.

I'll ask about the core support.

Is that the correct core support? Anyone have an interest in these parts?

That looks like the correct core support to me. Looks to be in better condition than most I have seen. I would say that the core support is worth $600 to $700 easy if it is in good shape. The hood looks to be pretty bad with what looks like a hole for a tach in it. Fenders will have good value if they are not full of bondo on the bottoms and probably worth about about $700 each if in good condition. Bumpers seem to be hard to sell unless they are close to perfect and then will bring about $500 on average if they have the brackets included. I have a few of the bumpers but have not had any luck selling them while asking $350 each. An ad on the local craigslist may get the interest of a local who can come and look at the parts in person as shipping on the large parts is crazy expensive these days.

Those look exact for a 71 Lemans Sport Endura. If the fenders were off a GTO they wouldn't have those leuvers which them alone are $400.00 a set up here in Canada! I know this because I just restored my 71 Lemans Sport Endura. I plan on posting pics to my profile once I get my laptop set up. The rad support is quite correct as well.
