Fuel Tank Sending Unit Wire
Can someone tell me where the sending unit wire enters the car and is routed?
Thanks DM3

Usually comes across top of fuel tank, and enters the car through the trunk floor near the taillight panel. Normally a brown wire, it is routed to the taillight harness that travels through the rear seat panel under the backseat and along the drivers side floor to the dash harness.

Yup, it's a tan wire that travels on top of the tank and enters through the same passage as the rear license plate light. Attaches via a connector at the base of the trunk support where it joins the tail lamp and mid-car harness.

Here's the routing in the '68 for the two wires (black license plate light and tan sender) emerging from the from the harness connector. I don't know if the '67 or '69 were different.
