I'm sorry to hear that. My mom died from ALS - it's a bad deal.

Peddle it, and let someone else give it the attention it deserves..

How long ago was this 20 years?

100° when you are 25 is a bit different than at 65.

A couple decades ago a severe heat wave hit Western Europe and killed 30,000 - I took notice.

Wink keep or sell the '65 4-speed

Been there myself. Had my '65 for 28 years. Shows, drag racing, cruising, car club, etc. Finally got to where it just wasn't fun anymore. Went on a GTOAA cruise from Seligman to Kingman,AZ no fun there. Car show in Kingman, no fun there. Wife didn't like riding in it. Sold it to a guy who paid cash and just looked it over and over, speechless. Never even started it until he drove it away. I figure it went to a good home and I'm especially satisfied with that!

I was walking by my 66 GTO in the garage way too often and working on and driving something else after 9 years of focusing on the GTO. I sold it late last year and used the money to pay off my house and couldn't be happier. Moved my 79 Trans Am into the garage and working on that, I think I might be happier working on cars than driving them. In my defense, the GTO was a kind of a raw hotrod and I'm building the T/A to be daily driven if I want to.
