Default Need help identifying tripower thermostat housing
This thermostat housing came on a 1959 tripower intake manifold. It has an unusual, casting on the side which I have never seen.

Can anyone help me identify this?

I've seen many '59 & '60 waternecks, but never saw that casting boss on one.
