PontiHunter - I like the grill. Gives me some good ideas for the messed up grills I have. Cant wait to see the car all done.

Default 62 Le Mans

The first two are of the 2 door as advertised and purchased Nov. 2009, $2995. It included a complete spare engine. Both 4 cyl. 1-bbl Then a parts car later bought for bumpers and the grille in April 2010, $400. Battery was dead, pushed it on the trailer. A battery and gas, this thing runs like as champ! It will be a future race engine in the Roger Manson Rapid Fire. More pictures on the way.

Default My 63 Tempest

Just bought the Tempest a couple months ago. Hasn't run since 1992, bought it from a guy who bought it in 2001 off of eBay and put it in a warehouse and didn't do anything with it. Rusted floorboards and quarters and rocker panels, but quarters and rockers bondo repaired, need to see how bad, but is pretty bad. Drivers quarter rippled and wavy. A good 4 or 5 year project at my speed.

Been buying used replacement trim pieces for it, almost have all trim I need.

Bought a 1973 400 engine that is .030 over but no ring ridge, will probably have to go .060 over. Crank rod journals .020 under don't know about mains yet. But plan on a 4 inch stroke crank, new rods and pistons anyway.

Bought 6X-4 heads that guy said were magnafluxed, but will have them checked again because need springs that match new cam anyway.

Picked up a free V8 crossmember for it also.
