Default sill plate question

I recently saw a listing of "the only correct sill plates", and compared the claimed correct detail against what I had in my car;
As a disclaimer, I may have replaced the ones that were in my car back in 1995 with these from latter cars in local dismantlers.

The claimed "correct" sill plates toute black rivets holding the fisher emblem;
as you can see, one of my sill plates has silver rivets, the other appears to have the fisher emblem glued on.

What sill plate details deem them correct for the 1970 model year?
(versus details for other years please)

Rivets were used through 1972. For 1973 GM/Fisher Body switched to adhesive backed emblems.

Thank you very much for the reply!!
do you know anything about these black rivet heads?

EDIT: I did just do a search on ePay, and found several
listings with rigets, but none appeared to have the open rivet like the one I have here... I couldn't find the black rivet deal... I wonder where ai saw that!?

I had silver solid head rivets on original 70 plates. These (picture) were supplied by our host with black rivets. The tag on the box also listed camaro so it could be that they were black on chevy ?
