Here's a 68 Firebird 4-speed 350 convert in Vegas at $2500 with a reserve. Original paint and engine, but it's the leather interior which is different. Not a factory leather interior, but a custom one. The purist may hate it, but for some reason I kinda like it.

That ‘68 has a fairly rare gauge package. Not a fan of the interior myself but it’s a stick car.

Somebody put a lot of work into that interior. Really not bad but as maxepr mentioned it should have been a first gen "bird". Nicely optioned car!

79 T/A in Wyoming at NR $5100 or BIN at $19K. Only one pic of the car and the rest pics of the receipts of a ton of new parts. If this goes cheap it could be a steal for someone.

I remember your gold 79. It was a nice car. Agree with you and it probably has no rust.

Meaning the '64 Catalina? If so, I don't know much but I know it's worth more than $3200!

That 64 Cat also has the Ventura package. (tri-tone interior trim)
I think thats what the small emblem on the fenders say too [ventura]
It is highly desirable and 64 might have been the last year for it.

Most Goat & Bird guys dont have much inclination to plug money into fullsize cars.
But the biggy's do have their group of fans.
6-8k is going to be a good price range - it may go higher
Low mile Cali Car

They glide so smooth and have so much room inside, its a real pleasure to sail one of those old boats down the road.

Hardly, most us us are MORE inclined to be aware of the premiums GTO/Bird, of Pontiac line and the reality of other models.
Why we CHOSE them!

So, out of curiosity for what you're saying... the value of that car is in the $3K-ish range in your opinion?

My 2 cents is that for a 1964 piece of art with minimal rust that Cat is worth at least $9K and that's what I'd pay for it if'n I were in the market; it's a beautiful car.

I agree and think it's worth at least $8K if it's as it appears...I look at these things from the view that 'if it were mine, what would I take?'.
With that in mind... I can say this much- I wish it belonged to 1969400HO and he lived near me...that is, if I'm correct in my understanding of what he's saying about the value.
