about a year ago my buddy and I where just cruising around having fun.No intent on racin anyone just sometimes it just happens.I have some rules though before I race someone.First it has to be a race,all you honda's can forget it,I won't beat on my car for something I already know I will beat.Most 5.0 mustangs same thing,they sound great but die around 70 mph unless highly modified.Some info on my car 1968 400 .60 over,4-speed and 3;23 geared rear.Its agood street car.Anyway We are doing say 35 mph and a 96 corvette cruises next to us.The guy in the vet hops on it some so I do the same.This goes on for about 1 mile then the road opens up and there are no roads that interesect with it.So he lays on it,so I figure what the h$ll why not.we are right next to each other moving.He couldn't walk away from me but I couldn't get ahead of him.well this goes on for a good mile at about 145mph and we both slow down because we are coming into town.we pulled next to him at a light and and he asked how much I paid for it.1800 bucks I said.He paid 12,000 bucks for his and I walked with him.He looked alittle pissed but,what fun.
