Arrow Can be Repaired/Re-Built

There are several know Co's that rebuilt them. The damping on the OHC isn't as critical as we might think. Internally these engine are well balanced.
However it's my understanding that some of the re-builders only an epoxy to a chip such as that.
I do not know if they counter that with some minor material removal on the opposing side to bring it back to balance or if its considered a minimal issue?
Might ask it you go that route.

Also in case your not aware '66 & '67 differ and unless side by side hard to notice at a glance.
