repair this crack in RA manifold?
First picture is zoom in to see small crack. Notice what looks like previous repair work. Second picture is location of crack on back side of manifold. From what you see, does this look like something to grind out and weld/braze? Not sure if that is a prior repair or not with just filler.

If it were mine, I'd just try to flow a little brazing rod into them.

A big crack in one of the long branch manifolds on my '61 Bonneville was brazed some time long before I bought the car and it's still holding up well. If you can find someone who knows how to work on cast iron it should be a straightforward repair.
