Default Axles leaks?

Hello Everyone!
I recently finished a rebuild on a 68 LeMans. The issue is it's leaking axle grease through the bearing or around it. I have had the bearings replaced which appears to be the seal also. At this point I am guessing the housing is bad or out of round. I swapped out the original axle with the new bearing with an old one I had same issue. Any suggestions? I hate the possibility of replacing the whole housing.

WHICH AXLE?

Is the axle vent plugged?

Are the axle shafts worn? Bent?

Cheap-junk Chinese bearings/seals? Bearing + seal could be OEM or an "Axle-Saver" aftermarket replacement depending on which axle design you have.

Big question whether they went to the trouble to replace the axle seal located to the inside of the bearing on the BOP 10-bolt rearend. While most bearings are themselves sealed, the outer housing wasn't meant to contain gear oil.

Interesting picture. I do not have a seal at all in the housing.

The vent is good that was suggested by a friend. No issue that I know of with both axles. Had the bearings replaced on both but only leaking on the passenger side. At the time I had the bearing replaced I could only get one original axle out due to space in the garage so I had a spare and had the bearing replaced on it which is leaking. Due to the leak I reinstalled the original which never leaked before and it does now.
