Some decent parts for a GTO there.

Oh hell.. that is the deal of the week. He can keep the wheels. When is the last time you saw a '65 4 door A body on the road?? I can tell you that it's been about 12 years for me, and the car was in similar condition and the girl wanted $600 for it, and I balked at that.

Funny you should mention that - I just saw a decent looking '65 Tempest 4-door a couple of weeks ago pulling out of a church parking lot - it even had the proverbial little old lady behind the wheel!

I'd consider buying and parting it out if there was enough profit to be made.

At $400 buy in you will surely make money. I parted a rusty 65 Catalina 4door hardtop and pulled $1600 out of that $400 car and there was no good sheetmetal!

You would definitely make money parting it out, but I would not part it out. That is a car that has a lot of potential for movie and tv work for any time period from '65 till about 85. You simply can't find 4 door A body cars.

I'll part a car in a minute, but there are still so many rusty hulks out there that should be parted, but this one does not fit the bill in my opinion.
