Where does this wire go? (see picture) This is the last lose wire under the hood.

In an unrelated matter: When i crank the engine I have no spark. When the ignition is in the run position i have 12 volts at the positive "and" negatives terminals of the coil???

Is the right???

I'm very UNSURE in this answer but I believe that is the horn relay?

My '65 bonnie has that same relay in that same spot and mine is also disconnected like yours. Some previous owner bypassed the the horn stock system and hooked up new horns to a button underdash. I saw that relay on mine once and assumed horn relay but am not sure.

-Does your horn work?

Don`t be,Mike..It IS the horn relay
The wire from the battery should be red.
The wires from the relay to the horns should be dk green.
