Default Rocker Moldings

Who makes the best repro rocker moldings? Ames says in their description basically that the quality is not very good. I dont want to have gaps or have to buff them or anything like that unless I just have too. OPGI has some listed and they are cheaper.

I got mine from Ames. Quality appears similar to the originals. The gaps on '64 & '65's are usually at the back edge of the front fender. If installation of the fender was done properly, there will be no gap. This is something I spent many hours on my two '64's. Not perfect, but the best that can be done with the original fenders. The moldings have nothing to do with this problem.

My '65 has the gaps Dick describes....original moldings on original sheetmetal. It's the way they were built.

I too got the Ames versions. Was less expensive than restoring our originals. They aren't exactly like originals, but once installed I doubt too many people could tell the difference. The stamping quality is pretty good and the finish on them is top notch.
