Anywhere from six to ten inches of snow yesterday, depending on where you live in Minnesota - I like winter, just not in October. Hopefully it will all melt in the next week, but temperatures are supposed to remain pretty low.

Hated living in Jersey because of those times I'd see that. No comparison to what you get there though. I'm much happier here in central NC, don't have to take my cars off the roads, some years don't see a flake. Apparently this winter supposed to be warm and dry. But a fresh snowfall does bring back memories of my daughter playing with the dogs outside.

I guess Rochester (and parts south) aren't in MN anymore...

Rochester, MN skycam this morning...

Yes, we did get a couple of inches yesterday, but it all melted overnight at my home. Looking out my basement patio door all I see is green.

Supposed to rain most of the day tomorrow.

Hibernation???

I'd be waxing my skis getting ready to go out to Mount Sea Gull right in your back yard near Gull Lake...

Snow is to be enjoyed, not dreaded.
