Rocker stud length.
Finishing up my 455 from a flat cam. And never thought about it till now but are my rocker studs too short? ARP 1.9000 installed height 7/16 studs. Been installed for many years. You can see the shiny rub mark of the roller trunion. I have about 6 turns on my polylocks. Have longer valves installed and thus longer pushrods too. Pattern seems pretty good. Just a hair over center. Just wondering if I should get longer studs or ones with less thread length more shank length? Or am I over thinking it?

You may as you posted need studs with less thread lenght.
The shoulder of the stud should encompass darn near The whole length of the trunion when the valvetrain is adjusted, with like .060” to spare if possible.
