Default 1970 to 1981 fenders the same?

On a 1975 TA.. If I were to get a replacement fender.. Who makes them?
What other years would work.. They looks simliar across the board.. But maybe there are slight differences.

I'm just thinking of precaution just incase to have an extra set (God forbid) that I have a fender bender. LOL

Anyone use different year fenders on their 74-76 TA, and is there something to stay away from or look out for?

I don't believe there are new OR reproduction 70-81 fenders available.
The outer skin & cowl/rad support mounting points are the same for the 12 year run.
The braces & bumper/valance mounting area brackets change over the years, but can be adapted to fit.

I ordered a drivers side T/A fender from Classic back in August. Still waiting.

That's pretty typical!
Part of the catalogue "fantasy" thing they got going on there.
The majority of what you want from them is NOT available & if they actually have it,it likely DOESN'T FIT!

reproduction stuff sucks- not that i know of anyone making repro TA fenders, but if they did they would probably suck as with most other repro body parts for any car
74 and 75 should be the same bracket wise and 76 may also be the same but i am not sure, if youve got a good set and are worried about a fender bender then get any year fenders and swap the brackets out

1970-1972 are the same,1973-1976 should be the same, and 1977-1981 should also be the same.I just cut up a Mint 1975 T/A fender for my 1972 to be correct. It's a pain in the A**,but well worth it in the end....

The later replacement T/A fenders that GM sold in the 80's had two sets of holes in the front for mounting the wheel opening spoiler.(early 70-78 had a different mount than 79-81)
Late (81) fenders also had a square hole for a J-clip rather than a weld nut for hood hinge mounting.
