Will a 12SI alt. bolt up to the factory pontiac brackets...71-79?

Will right up, as mtg dimensions are the same. might PM Stellar about what is optimum for an alternator pulley.

Original pulley should also swap to the 12SI from the 10SI

Thanks for the info. Sounds like an easy way to get more amps for a project I am putting together.
