Does anyone know if touch up paint is available and where, for 1967 D code Montreaux Blue? Any other suggestions?

Any decent auto paint store can take the paint code, duplicate it and put it up in gallons, quarts, pints or spray cans.

I know this may sound stupid, I enjoy engine work over body shop stuff, but how do I apply the paint if I get the gallon, quart, or pint container? I'm just looking for those little touch up bottles with a brush top lid. If I get a pint container, do I just use an small brush over the blemishes I'm trying to touch up?
