Default Tripower outer carb

I’m looking for an outer carb for my 65 tripower. Would prefer the rear carb that is set up for mechanical linkage but will consider any. I don’t care what year the carb is, just as long as it is a correct tripower carb. If you have one let me know how much. Thanks

You can have one of these--front or rear--for $450, ready to run.

John,
I have a 65 front or rear.
These were spares that I bought and rebuilt.
I have had the stored away for 20 years.
I am asking 200 each plus shipping.
I have been going thru the garage and selling all of my left over Pontiac parts. I have leftover 1970 GTO parts that I am selling also.
I also have a complete 1966 tripower intake with rebuilt carbs and linkage.

Hi Gary, I will take both outer carbs. I was first in line so I believe I should get first shot at these. I sent you an e-mail and I will also PM you to work out the details. Thanks for your help.

As it should be, after all this is your ‘parts wanted’ ad.

John may not have bought the carbs. If he didn't, I'm interested.

I definitely want the carbs if Gary still has them.

Carbs have been purchased from Gary. Good speaking with you this morning. Thanks again.

Dick, good luck finding some. Might want to start your own parts wanted thread so you won’t be trying to buy something out from under someone.

I'm glad you were able to get the carbs. My post indicated I was interested in buying them. Sorry if you interpreted that as "to buy something out from under someone." I should have been clearer that if you needed only one, I'd take the other. That's what I was thinking, but not how I typed it.
