And 7 out of 8 graduated from either junior college, tech school or got bachelors or masters degrees in college.
I'm the only numbskull that didn't - but I spent 6 years in the Army and was more employable than my younger brother when we both were in the job market when I got out in 1978. Mom and dad didn't pay for any of the schooling (couldn't afford it), but the combination of scholarships, grants, financial aid and working while going to school allowed everyone to graduate debt free. |

Don't see many of that body style Chevelle anymore. I remember back in the mid 70s my next door neighbor had a white 73 SS with black body stripe which led me to by a 1976 Black Chevelle Laguna Type S3 with white body stripe. I still have an old Polaroid pic of the car somewhere. I found it. Last edited by Keith Seymore; 04-06-2020 at 09:41 AM. |

Having had 3 right shoulder procedures since this time last year, my car hasn’t seen much action of any kind. Right now, the shift to 5th is still a bit of a stretch but I can make it work. Alabama is under a stay at home order since Friday but the rules allow some outside recreation abilities and driving an old car and fueling vehicles fit those rules.

I am loving this thread as this coming Saturday was to be the first local show of the season. Although it is a relatively small show, held at a farm supply (lots of antique tractors too) I start looking forward to it as soon as November rolls around and the show season is ending.
I told my son a few weeks ago as show season was about to start that it would be nice to have a 'virtual car show'. Im glad someone stepped up, lol. |

I'm really enjoying putting cars to usernames and seeing the other non-Pontiac gems everyone has in their collection!

Thanks TAKerry,
For the Packard I had engine issues back in 2006ish and one thing lead to another. As we all know what happens once you start a full blown amateur restoration followed. I sure did enjoy doing it. The 1969 GTO I purchase back in November from a gentleman that lives in Knox Ind. and drove it to my nephews who lives in Valparaiso Ind. and that is where is resides at the moment. Hope to get out there with my twin one day to replace the trans cooler line and some other minor stuff and drive it back here. That is if we are able to get out and do so. Another Picture of the Packard with my twin detailing his 1977 Firebird
I think we were getting the cars ready for a Car Show at Route 66 Raceway that day. My twin and his youngest boy working on engine for his boys 1989 Firebird Formula. Original engine was the 350 Chevy this engine size escapes me at the moment. 400 bored to a 410 possibly? Last edited by Dadspackard; 04-09-2020 at 02:46 PM. |

The "other" summer vehicle: 2014 Mustang GT Track Pack hanging out at Limerock.
This would be a good shot if it weren't for the outhouses. Stupid outhouses.
