No, its from a virgin out of an original 87 Grand National that was getting a new Art Carr tranmission installed because the owner was bui;ding the car for maximum track effort.
I dont think I would sell it , I like to collect parts just in case. But Im sure a mild 350p with a th2004r and some gear would be very fun to drive around. Peter |

The trans needs to be built so it shifts up hydraulically like a TH350, as you dont want a controller making your upshifts as you would need a Programmer like a 700 does. A 1989 2004R from a GTA had a lock up in 3rd and 4th gear ( just a worthless fact, but needed at indy)

The 200-4R will stay in there with the 350. There were performance parts available for rebuilding those trans's back when I had one done about 2005, or so. I used one behind a very healthy 455 with 500lb ft of torque. Used a lockup convertor. This was in a 1961 Bonneville 2 dr hardtop. Wish I still had it.
