The 69 list includes the change to tilted headrests posts, dash vent nozzle design change, chevy style versus Pontiac style pedals and the switch to non-vented fuel tanks.

Here's something of interest on that.

My '69 is a pretty early car, born last week of December in 68. It had the vented tank and what I believe to be the Pontiac style pedals. It was born with curved headrest posts though.

I'm unfamiliar with the change in the vent nozzle. Any pictures of that?

First pic is the early style dash nozzles, second is the X style later nozzle.

Early car is Lordstown October 68 build and late car is June 69 Norwood.

Interesting. I have the "X" style vent nozzles. Is a late december 68 build date actually a late model run date?

I suspect they just used up remaining 68 inventory. If you look at factory 69 brochure photos you’ll see the horizontal style nozzles.
