Single piston Caliper? If so I would just buy a new one....they are cheap enough. Then replace bearings at the same time. You might want to buy a chiltons or hays manual to show you how to do all the things you want to do. But replacing a caliper and bearings are fairly easy.

no its a 4 piston one, my friend was surprised when he saw that i was like ?what its an old car and it weighs a lot? haha is there something wrong with a 4 piston caliper? as for the manual i have one, i took of the rotor, it seems only one of the bearings is screwed up i just dont know the name of it i better look in the book. My buddy said hes gonna machine my rotor, he works for FORD but yea that dont matter free rotor machining. whatever that does. so do i drill it and screw it out?

I personally would take the caliper to a machine shop- they have the tools and expertise to do this right. those 4-piston K-H calipers are NOT cheap.

thanks Scarebird, well im just going to finish off the rear, and then work on the front when i get that taken care of professionally.

i have a question about the brake system, do both front wheels depend on each other? like can i continue to do the front right and wait for another day to do the front left, or will the air leak through and make it a waste of time and liquid?

For one-man bleeding, I recommend buying a MityVac. Not much money, and much easier than any other way.
