I've got some 14x7 Rally 11's for my judge project. What tire size would be my best choice. Thanks

That depends, which year is it, and do you want it to look stock or go with fatter tires?
Stock tires for a '69 Judge are G70-14 blackwalls, I think that translates out as 225/70-14 blackwalls in the new tire sizes.

It's a 69. How much fatter tires could I go with on the 14x7 rally's.

You could probably go to 245/60-14's on 14x7 rims, but the smaller overall diameter might throw your speedo off a bit.
