The paint and body work are amatuer. There is rust and in the body, lots of over spray. All the rubber seals are shot, tires are old and shot. Tranny leaking like a sive. Carpet shot, door panels poor, rest of interior ok. Top fair. Runs ok, but lots of deferred maintance.

The price seems ok, but in reality you could dump a bunch of money in this car and still only have a nice driver.

I choose to look elsewhere. Other's might have under taken the challenge. I avoid rust!.
thanks for appraisal. probably another 5k just to fix what is wrong.

Brian Jones is selling his tripple white HO Automatic. Listed in the for sale section.
It is an awsome car and needs to be restored.

Says 2+2, but pic looks like it might be a plain Cat?

Update - I saw this car in person at a swap meet recently, and it is NOT a 2+2. Standard Catalina convertible with bench seat and column shift.

Default Interest?

I know that this is sort of a old thread but what the heck?

I sent an e-mail to your yahoo address to ascertain if you are still in the market for a 1966 2+2 vert. I sent it late last week. You seemed knowlegable and knew what you wanted. Maybe my car is something you would be interested in. Thanks.

For those of you with 2+2's to sell, you are invited to register the car (no charge) at www.Pontiac2plus2.com and post a sale ad on the forum.
