The elusive Sprint engine and th350 combo. I would love to have it myself. The a/c looks to have been added at some point.

Why do these things have to be all the way on the other side of the country?
To save me money and aggravation,,,that why!

Ok, I talk to the guy he still has it, He said he bought the car from the 1st owner and has been sitting for 20 years or so. it was bought w/o the A/C, but the owner wanted A/C so he went back and bought the brackets ,added the A/C. So I'm headed down on Friday or Saturday to pick it up.

Thanks for the pictures. It looks like the trans cable comes in at one angle and the throttle cable at different angle. I suppose I'll have to see if I can find a bracket that will work on the manifold that I have. I always knew I would need to find or fab a bracket, just nice to see what the factory unit looks like.
That must have been a rare bird to have a factory cruise control on an ohc.

That is a neat engine set up. Should be interesting to see what's under the distributor cap. My guess is some early electronic points replacement part.

The Cruise Control is interesting, I have parted out a lot of Cammers overs the years and have not seen one with Cruise Control before.
As for the Distributor wiring to me it looks like an early MSD set up.

And remember the A/C or the 4-bbl intake was added on, No A/C Sprints were made after 1967. A/C was available on 1bbl OHC-6 engines in 68 and 69. (66 & 67 also) But A/C and 4bbl OHC-6's are a 66 67 thing only.
