Default I'm Thinking Of Getting Vintage Air, What Does This Entail For 1968 1969 GTO?

I've got a 69, I deleted the AC and heat years ago and plated off the firewall to hang other items on. Since I'm doing a ton of work and would like the heat back if possible, I figured I'd see what it takes to get it back.

I just noticed Vintage air can do just the heat while using the factory vents and their heater counsel control box in the factory dash location. I also like how the main system is behind the firewall and just chews up the glove box a little.

Vintage Air #
564483 = $850

What are these cars looking at time wise to install just the heat, no AC?

Pull the dash?

How well does the heater work?

Anything else to know?

Thanks, I'll report back once done.
