Default Wheel Well Moldings
I'm about to start restoring my original 1970 wheel well moldings and was wondering if anyone knows if they are stainless or anodized aluminum.

They "feel" like stainless to me but I've been told that they could be aluminum and I don't want to ruin one by sanding through an anodized coating.

Stainless on the w/o moldings. The rocker moldings are anodized aluminum on 70-72.
