I have a Pro Flo-4 on order. Ordered it last week from YearOne. They have the best price on them:
https://www.yearone.com/Product/1967...-parts/ed35980

I ordered the 35970 that has the lower capacity injectors since I'm going to install it on a relatively mild 400. Glad I caught the sale as now the price is higher on it. But they still have the sale price on the 35980 with the higher capacity injectors.

We didn't buy the dual sinc distributors because both cars were already running MSD ignition systems with billet distributors, so it's just as simple as locking out the distributor, hook up the wires and let the EFI control it.
Thanks for the additional info, very helpful indeed.

Nice, please update once you have the system installed and some miles on the tires to let us know how you like it.

It will be a while since I'm just in the beginning stages of my body-off restoration.
I jumped on the FI system now because of the good price. It was $270 cheaper than any other place had it. No tax to Texas residents either. If you are considering a purchase and want the one with the higher capacity injectors, I suggest you do the same before they raise the price on that one.

I received my Edelbrock Pro-Flo system from YearOne today.

I got it for $1895 plus $46.50 shipping and no tax. I thought they had it on sale but I'm now wondering if they had it mispriced since they raised their price on it to $2165 shortly after I ordered it.
I hope someone here will jump on the 35980 system they still have at the $1895 price.

I agree that does look very nice, looking forward to your thoughts after you have it installed up and running.

I didn't go with the ProFlow, I did use the Edelbrock manifold. Built the rest from there based off of Megasquirt. Full sequential fuel and spark (LS coils). Drivability is great and I can let my girlfriend jump in and not have to worry about any quirkiness. It just works.

Fired mine up yesterday - seems to work well enough. Will need to let it tune itself but other items are in line first.

Ive put a little of 500 miles on mine. Mostly around town. Seems to work pretty well. 1st time starting in 30 deg weather, seemed to be a little delay, like it was learning, but ran fine after it started. Also, first couple times stomping on it, there was a hesitation, but seems like the ecu learned there too and it went away. Really like how I can pull up the ecu display on my phone. Install was pretty easy for me, but the harness is 'chunky' and generic so for a cleaner install youll need to do some harness mods, but Im fine with it. Oh mine fit under the stock air cleaner too.

I still see YearOne still has the wrong price on this unit:
https://www.yearone.com/Product/1967...-parts/ed35980
I hope someone here will be the beneficiary of this.

That does look like a sweet deal.

What's the 550hp limiting factor in the system? Injector size? Throttle body cfm? Something else?

They didn't charge me tax for the 450HP max version I bought either. Right after I bought that one, they raised the price to $2,165.

I assume the same thing will happen as soon as someone buys that other one.

When I saw the price increase at summit, I looked around and found it for the cheaper price at Butler. The day after I ordered it the price went up
