Default For Sale - Quadrajet Carburetor for 425 Nailhead??- NOT MINE

Hey All,

I saw this post over on the AACA forum

I did ask him a question asking if he could post a picture of the Casting number.

Not sure if this carb would work on our Pontiacs.

Price seems very reasonable $25

that looks like a 1973+ unit to me;
the attached choke is the first hint, as is the vacuum break off connecting to the airhorn.
Many Olds carbs were 750cfm when Pontiac shifted to 800cfm... just an FYI

Not for a nailhead.

Looking at whats been done with mixture screws, I'd have to guess 79 model and quite possibly for an olds 403.

Dang good deal for someone needing a q-jet.
