Here is a pic of various '64 GTO deluxe belts that I have owned. I don't have these any more, but I might have some other colors, including one or two NOS sets.

Bill, I'm not proficient at picture taking, and a picture may not depict what I'd want it to.
The '64 webbing (belt) was a three panel affair, formed by sewing two lengths of thread lengthwise along the webbing (I believe '65's use four panels). I also believe that the '64 belts are significantly heavier than later models. I have compared later models and repro stuff, and it is almost half the thickness as the '64 originals.
For a car made late in the month, the white tags can be dated for the same month. I have also seen tags dated as much as three months earlier than the manufacture date.
Hopefully, someone will provide a picture showing what you need. If not, I have notes stating what the buckles and tags say.

Only one style in 64. Everyone I have every seen is Irving Air Chute, no logo on the buckle.

We went around on this in an earlier post. If you look carefully at the ones Bill show in his car, they have a sharper angle near the pivot point. I have pulled 3-4 sets of these from '64 Lemans and GTO. I have also pulled a similar set of seat belts from a '64 without the logo.

Gr81 Can you post some pics of your red ones? Thus far, I have seen black, blue and dark saddle in that style. I'm wondering it they were available in every color the "deluxe" ones are.
I'd have to double check how many panels the different belts have.

I've seen the style you have in a few other '64's. They look almost the same as the standard '65 buckle. What do the male ends look like??

I have two cars that came with the plastic style. One is a 64 Tempest March Fremont and the other is a 64 Lemans June Pontiac. One interesting thing I noticed about the Tempest seat belts is that the fastener is a different style bolt arrangement. A third car that I own is a 64 Tempest February Kansas City and it has the Irving style with chrome bolts. I am the second owner of all three cars and I am confident they had not been changed. I used to think that all 64's had only the Irving style, but now I am confident both kinds were used. I think that judge should be more open minded about what seat belt is correct for a '64.
