XXX customer order
We see that right often , but this picture isn't too clear.

C89 option is the dome lamp with a spot lamp on each side.
But I can't figure out their lingo except for the last LP part (lamp)

Dec 18 having JT wheels must have been around the start of JL / JT wheel code switch since they hand scribbled a correction in the wheel box.

Thought you might want a copy of that sheet for your Fremont collection.

I wonder if it's for steering column/ ignition switch lamp?

C89 Roof Right Left Courtesy Lamp. That's what I'm going with.

I need to see if I have this already.

Yes. Pontiac called it that. Fremont called it whatever they wanted.

It was either this sheet or another around the 15th. I'd have to search my retired computers.

This GTO is on BaT now with a better buildsheet image and PHS. (HFR)

That is is well optioned!

Noticed the PHS doc for the powertrain options shows YA for engine and no YC listing.

YA got superseded real early by YC.
Even before the JL - JT switch .... iirc

Craigslist ad is deleted now.
Think the asking price was 89,995 on CL

Ransom and John
How well does the EUN 0280347 fit with 12C body date ?
Isn't that sort of late for 12c ?

The partial VIN is wacky
70zz23851

VIN is 242370z123851
That would be 2 errors on the partial.

My data it seems to be in the area to fit. Seems a lot of Fremont is kinda spread out sometimes, but may be from having to have engines on hand so may be used as 'last in and 1st out' of the racks?

Plus the body # is sometimes off for the date, but may also be from lots of options like this one?

That buildsheet has the 'supposed' build date and the cowl tag # on it, so seems correct (plus sequencw #'s which match cowl tag).

EUN is in the wheelhouse. Partial VIN is weird. Fremont stamped using the last 9 characters of the VIN instead of 2(for Pontiac)last 8 characters of VIN. But stamping looks like 70ZZ23351.

Okay so just one error in the partial VIN , not 2 .
I was looking for 20z123851

Most likely full legit being from Fremont
Thanks John and Ransom

I have another list of unrelated oddities from a magazine test posted about 70 455RA Auto & 70 Ram3 4spd that someone on BaT linked.... from 1970 magazine.
Its a doosy

Has anyone questioned the 12-18-69 build date and the 01-20-70 shipped date?
