'61-'62 Tripower Center Carb Spacer w/PCV

Does anyone have one of the center carb 1/4" spacers with the 3/8" pipe nipple for PCV connection on earlier Tripowers? I would like to buy at least one.

I have one but can't find it. Anyone else have that problem with our old Pontiac parts?
