Default '66 LeMans rag OHC 6

Hi, my dad has a lead on a '66 Le Mans ragtop with an OHC 6 in it. It has a column shift, console delete and bucket seats.

Can someone decode this trim tag? There's a lot more numbers on the tag than on my '72 Trans Am.

Is 07B the second week of July? That seems like a late car? What is the 9 after 07B?

Also, is this a rare car?

Thank you.

Here's a better pic of the trim tag.

I see it's a '67 not a '66.
