Default 75 TA 455 Air Cleaner base Vac ID and OD sizes, and ? about flapper door in snorkel

I've stripped and rebuilt the entire shaker air filter pan and now need to replace the vacuum lines on the underside. There are two lines: one with a yellow stripe and one that's all black. I went to AutoZone with the yellow-striped line, but the replacement they gave me had a similar outer diameter (OD) but a much larger inner diameter (ID). It was clearly the wrong fit as it slid on and off the new thermal air intake vacuum sensor too easily.

Can anyone provide the correct inner and outer diameters for the rubber vacuum lines for the air filter pan?

Additionally, the snorkel has a flapper door triggered by the vacuum actuator on top of it. When I disassembled the flapper door for cleaning, I noticed what seemed to be old adhesive, suggesting there might have been a foam seal on it at some point. Can anyone confirm if there was foam on the flapper door, and if so, how it might have looked? Both sides of the door had adhesive before I stripped them to bare metal. Any thoughts?
