Default Trying to get rough texture SPI epoxy

I am trying to get a rough pebbley finish to my SPI epoxy with no luck. I've tried different spray techniques, rolled it on with different nap rollers, and it still dries very slick. Any suggestions?

Did you try to contact Barry at SPI? He may have some ideas.
