The wheels are 19" Vertini Hennessey wheels.
I don't like them, they rub when going round corners and over bumps.
I have some Rally II's on order with BF Goodrich tyres, just waiting in them being shipped over here in the UK
Need to sort out the panel alignment. The doors especially.
Apart from that she is still sexier than the Italian Supercars

Welcome to the forum Mick. Congratulations on your score. Hows it run? Appears to have all the trimmings of a Trans Am with the exception of a formula hood. Tell us about it. We're always happy to meet people outside the United States with a love for Pontiacs. Welcome again to the forum.

Thanks for the welcome
She was shipped to the UK in 1972. A Firebird Elite 350 with 3 speed Auto.
The hood and flares were added from a previous owner. Drives nice but loves petrol haha
The wheels are Vertini Hennessey. I personnally don't like them. Too big at 19 inch, they rub everywhere. So have some Rally II and BF Goodrich tyres on order
Will sort out the interior as she needs a new carpet.
And also need to sort the panel gaps, needs doors moving forward
Apart from that she is a beaut.
Looks better then any Italian Supercar

Good stuff Mick. I'm gonna take a shot and guess you probably mean, Firebird "Esprit" ,instead of Elite. You have a real eye catcher there in the UK. Not many early Firebirds cruising the streets there. It should stand out rather well. Congrats again on owning it.

Mike, that picture is sick! It captures the body lines of these cars perfectly. Beautiful shot!
