Default I hoping after 23 years, i hope to be driving my TA again very soon

Like a dummy, back in 1996 i pulled the engine out of my TA to put in a Can Am I just purchased and haven't drove it since. In 1998 I sold it to a friend and it sat outside because it got really rough. I bought it back in 2002 and it sat in a friends garage.
Now it being worked on at a friends shop where I live, I recently had the body work done and just put the engine and trans in. Originally it was a TA 6.6 Y-81 car, we just rebuilt the 3.23, replaced all the suspension, added a 1/2 main fuel line. Plans are to beat on it one more time with a aluminum headed 467. Pictures are the day I bought it in 1985 till today.

Very cool! Y81 means a 1977 correct? I think the only 78's were Y82's & not many of them. Pretty neat you have had it all these years.
The early pictures are very cool. None of us took enough picts back in the day. However very few actually owned cameras.
The few pictures I do have from the 80's were taken with my mothers camera.

What became of the Can Am & how did you end up with the Burt picture?

I'm guessing it's probably been waiting for the paint shop 23 years too.

Yes it's a '77, I sold the Can Am in 1997 with the 400, it had ported 5C heads and a factory 455 HO intake. It recently sold on Ebay a little over a year ago and I have no idea where it went. I noticed it still had the engine in it. That engine ran 8.60s in the 1/8 in my TA.

I sold it, I recently sold all my cars except the TA. I'm moving and I will have no where to store them. This is the Bonneville after it was painted.
