I'm experiencing a similar issue. I pulled mine apart yesterday and found that all my clutch disc springs are loose and the tabs that guide them are cracking.

Mine got noisy after 4 runs down Island Dragway. I rebuilt my trans thinking I hurt something in it but found nothing wrong and that didn't clear up the noise. Not a vibration but real noisy.

I'm hoping this is the issue. I had the car up on jackstands and with the drivetrain turning the noise was coming from the bellhousing/front of the tranny area.

FIngers crossed...
