I don't think I've ever been to Norwalk when it didn't rain at least a little bit.

Local weather...
We have had lovely weather the last 4 days - down to 50 at night and 80's in the day. Scattered misty showers with no accumulation every other day or so. Forecast is for this weather pattern to continue. Norwalk is close to the lake, and lake effect breezes are cooling. We are taking jackets, shorts, tank tops, Tshirts and even a long sleeve T for the early mornings/late nights. http://www.13abc.com/story/16540796/predictor
