GREAT SHOW!

What a great weekend, hanging out with old friends and meeting new! (Not really new, guys I've known here for years just never met!)

Already making plans for next year to go again, maybe bring a car too! I've got a ton of pictures that I'll post up later, still need to download them and format the sizes.

CRAP! Sorry I missed you Matt - looked all over for you in the vendors areas - I'm still not sure where you were located near the barn finds. I'll be PM'ing you about a connection I need made up that I wanted to talk to you about there.

Sorry I missed you Gary - I was likely the ONLY guy with a Black IROC on a trailer in the Chicago area this weekend!

Hi Brody, I talked to Jeff at the show and complimented him on the paint on your 64. Do you live in Central IN? Are you a member of the Indy GTO Club?

I moved out of Fishers 13 years ago up to the big town of Cicero IN. Are you a memeber of the Indy GTO Club? They are a really good group. I hope to see the 64 at next years GTO Nationals in Columbus IN!

That's my plan, too.

So if you see someone wearing this nametag...you'll know that it's me.

Great show!!! and great to meet Uncle Judge, tripower and The Boss. I guess I missed a few others that were there as I wasn't always by the car.

Very cool!

It is really great that iconic people like JW have gotten the acknowledgement for their contributions to this hobby/lifestyle before they're gone.

Here is another web report from Chicago...

http://wildaboutcarsonline.com/cgi-b...aldisplayed=50

I spent the entire night Friday/Saturday on the show floor taking pictures; over 600. Stayed until about 4:00 p.m. Saturday, then drove four hours home.
