About how much does a bare frame weigh?

Convertible/Heavy Duty or Hard Top Frame?

A friend has a Hardtop with the Vert Frame under it from the factory.
The Vert Frame was a lot more rigid for drag racing but weighed more.

Default FWIW...

Standard HT bare frame should come in at around 150/200.
Convertible frame was closer to 250 (+-)
Two of us had no real problem getting a '66 convert frame into the back of a U-Haul.

Thanks Jeff, Thought that 250 number was what the shipping company said my convertible frame weighed when it came from Georgia, but that was a long time ago and I did not remember, until you posted the info.
