I run a Romac 0223 (all steel) on both my motors. Did have to trim the oil pan back a bit though, cleared timing cover and uses 4 bolt pulleys.

The modulus of elasticity of the materials and the pin/main overlap will be the main drivers in torsional stiffness changes.
