77 TA oil and temp gauge wanted
It’s this one pictured below. It MUST be from a 77 it has something to do with the sending unit and the ohms. It MUST work! Evidentially something changed from 78 to 81 so I need a gauge out of a 77. They look the same but are not. The ones that have the little oil can icon will not work!!

We bought a GM AC Delco sending unit and tested 3 gauges all do the same thing. When you turn the key on the temp gauge slowly starts going up and pegs at 260 or would keep going until it completely pegs out at the hot side of the gauge but the engine isn’t even hot yet. Then when we turn it off the needle don’t go back unless you manually do it.
