Default "Correct" 67 wood wheel ?

What is the corredt wood steering wheel for a 67 GTO? I know it is not real wood. Does it have rivets on the back of the spokes? 3 or 4 per spoke?
This is why I am asking.

The 67 Sport steering Wheel has rivets. You would think i would know this but i believe there are 3 rivets per spoke.(CRS) My car has the sport wheel. The 68 sport wheel does not have rivets, but does have the brushed spokes like the 67 wheel. PY customer GTO catalog on page 28 confirms the rivets for 67 sport wheel. The restoration guide is no help in this matter.

Phil,
He states that it does NOT have rivets, therefore it is NOT correct for a 67.
Need Pics of mine?

The ebay auction looks like a 67 wheel but should have rivets. It is not 68 or 65-66 for that matter. Somethings fishy with it.

That's the reproduction '67 wheel. The repro '67 wheel does not have rivets. The studs of the raised area are clinched from the back side of the spokes, then ground flush with the spoke. An original '67 wheel will have the rivet still visible.

I believe the 67 wheel has 4 rivets and brushed spokes. The 65 & 66 wheels have 3 rivets and polished spokes. I haven't seen a 68 wheel for a while, but I believe they're like the 67 wheel except they're shallower and you can't see the rivets on the back of the spokes. I bought a Parts Place 67 reproduction steering wheel that I returned. It looked very similar to my original 67 wheel, except that the rivets were ground down and polished. The hub and teeth looks awfully clean in the ebay photo--almost new, so maybe this is a reproduction.
