Default "E" code camshaft

Has anyone ever come across a Pontiac camshaft with an "E" code ?
This camshaft came from a 1966 326 HO motor that I rebuilt a few years ago.
I can't find any info. on this cam. Just wondering if this cam was only used in this engine. Thanks, Jim

The only reference to an "E" stamp cam that's in the material I have mates it to a 69-70 with Hydra-matic 2bbl engine, part #537441 for both years. Have you checked the Wallace site?

#537441 code "E" were used in 1964-5 for 326 eng. w/2 and 4 bbl M/T and A/T.
It was also used for 1965 2-bbl WA, WB, YB and 4-bbl WD 389´s.

No other engines from factory used this cam.
