Unhappy Grand Prix Fuses

Just where is the fuse block on a 76 Grand Prix. don't see it at the usual spot-left side panel on drivers side. Can not locate it anywhere.
Was told by someone by dimmer switch on floor...Wrong! then I was told that there was no fuse block in this car. find that hard to believe.
really need help on this, need to troubleshoot moon roof issue before we take this car into shop for painting.
Thanks

Is there a big plastic cover on the left side of the steering column covering the whole of the under side of the dash? If so look above it.

From a wiki question for a 1977 GP:
(bold is by me)

Quote:
The grand prix since 1973 has had a column mounted dimmer standard on every sub-model.The -Junction block- is above the dimmer pad (without a dimmer switch) and the fuse panel is behind the metal hush panel that covers the lower half of the column. The only fuses that are at the junction block are the wiper delay (orange wire inline fuse) and the cruise control (pink wire inline fuse).
