Default Booster M/C Possibilities Rear Disc Conversion

I'm playing with the idea of swapping to rear disc on my 1969 GTO. This is a power front disc brake car from the factory. I am planning on using the rear disc from a 98-04 S Blazer and have already found (and bought for $38) the basic parts at the junkyard.

My question involves the booster master cylinder proportioning valve needed. I've seen all manner of ways people have worked the problem and I'd personally like to keep things fairly simple.....as close to bolt on as possible and with a look similar to what came on the car. I know 4 wheel disc stuff from T/A's and Corvette are possibilities.....do they fit the firewall and does the brake pedal arm simply bolt up? Mods needed? Those donors probably won't show up in the junkyard (if it makes sense I'll buy reman stuff)....is there a decent junkyard available option out there?

65-67 corvette had dual disc MC's both power boosted and manual

I also used a 76-78 caddy edorado mc on a 63 chevy truck with dual disc set up and hydro boost. worked very well
